At Fitorap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note that returns sent without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away at support@fitorap.shop so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
